Bradford Learning Associates (BLA) is a Student Success Studio that provides supplemental learning, educational coaching, and personalized success planning to help students thrive in school and confidently prepare for college, careers, military service, and life beyond the classroom.
We believe every student has unique strengths, talents, and potential. Through a strengths-based, whole-student approach, we help learners discover where they are today, clarify where they want to go, and develop the skills, confidence, and strategies needed to achieve their goals.
Every student begins with the BLA Success Workflow Mapper™, our proprietary student success framework designed to identify academic readiness, learning habits, natural strengths, future aspirations, and the support systems needed for long-term success. Rather than focusing solely on grades or test scores, the Success Workflow Mapper™ provides a personalized roadmap that helps students, families, and educators understand where a student is today and the steps needed to move confidently toward their future.
Students and families can then choose from our Foundation, Future Ready, or Signature Success Pathways™, each providing individualized educational coaching, parent partnership, progress monitoring, executive functioning support, college, career, military, and GED readiness planning, and ongoing accountability throughout the learning process.

Meet the Founder
T. J. Bradford, M.A.Ed.
Education has the power to change lives, but students often need more than information. They need encouragement, guidance, accountability, and someone who believes in their potential.
That belief inspired T.J. Bradford to establish Bradford Learning Associates.
For more than 15 years, T.J. has worked with students across K–12 education, college readiness, adult education, developmental education, workforce development, and academic support programs. Throughout his career, he has helped learners overcome challenges, discover their strengths, build confidence, and create meaningful plans for their future.
T.J. holds a Master of Arts in Education (M.A.Ed.) in Educational Administration and Leadership and has served in instructional, advising, mentoring, and student success roles throughout higher education and community-based educational programs. His experience includes supporting students pursuing college degrees, GED completion, career training, military pathways, and workforce opportunities.
At Bradford Learning Associates, T.J. combines educational expertise with a personalized, strengths-based approach that recognizes each student as an individual. Rather than focusing solely on grades or test scores, he helps students identify their unique abilities, develop practical skills, and build a clear pathway toward future success.

Our Educational Coaches partner with families to supplement instruction, reinforce learning, and help students become confident, self-directed learners regardless of where or how they receive their primary education.
Session Information
All coaching sessions are conducted virtually, allowing students and families to participate from anywhere.
In-person coaching is available for an additional travel fee within the Greater Houston metropolitan area based on availability. Bradford Learning Associates plans to expand in-person service locations as we continue to grow.
